In 2022, Botanee established a carbon footprint verification management mechanism and gradually carried out relevant work.
In 2023, we first conducted a pilot carbon footprint evaluation for two core best-selling products of Botanee, namely WINONA Sensitiveness Relieving Moisturizing Tolerance-Extreme Cream and WINONA Sunblock Milk.

- Green Transportation：We have optimized the logistics network, reduced transportation distance, adopted more environmentally friendly packaging materials, reduced the use of corrugated turnover boxes, standardized material management in workshops and warehouses, and uniformly used PP turnover boxes to reduce carbon emissions during transportation and facilitate the recycling of materials.
- Green Recycling：In 2023, the Company launched the "Empty Bottle Recycling, Special Care for the Planet" program. The online mini-program and offline chain pharmacies continued to carry out an empty bottle replacement program, with a total of 329,859 empty bottles recovered

Botanee Group Central Factory
The Central Factory is located in Majinpu, Kunming High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Yunnan Province. It covers an area of 80 acres with a total building area of 59,000 m2.
It focuses on the production and logistics of cosmetics and medical devices.
With an estimated annual output value of RMB 5 billion, the Central Factory is equipped with a modern and industrialized technology R&D platform.
Additionally, it has established an in-house carbon footprint verification and management system to promote the Chinese government's promises to peak carbon dioxide emissions and achieve carbon neutralization.
The Central Factory checks its carbon footprint management plan and carbon credit cancellation certificate as per the standard PAS 2060:2014.
It confirms that the headquarters of the Group has achieved operational carbon neutrality and obtained a carbon neutrality certificate.
It participated in the formulation and release of General Accounting Methods and Rules for the Carbon Footprint of Product Packaging along with the Shanghai Packaging Technology Association.
